It was 20 years ago when I decided I wanted to work within the field of learning and development. I had a Eureka! moment whilst on a training course in London. The appeal of helping others to grow leapt out at me that day and has never left me since.

I spent the first part of my career as a face-to-face facilitator, which taught me so much about group dynamics, how people learn, and engagement strategies.

 

After that, I ventured into the world of digital learning design and I've not looked back. My work enables me to help people develop whilst merging my three passions of learning, design and technology. I am very lucky to do a job I thoroughly enjoy.

When I am not at work I am normally spending too much time in coffee shops or indulging in photography or spending time with my family at our home in the Cotswolds. On a good day, I'll go for a run!
